Hi, Ian, for the life of me I couldn’t find an email address on your page or I would have sent this there. I just wanted (as I’m sure hundreds or thousands have) to thank you for the actions you’ve taken regarding the photography/profiling incidents that occured, as well as to ask if anything has come of your letters to your representatives? I read the article you wrote, as well as the letter to McDermott, and I was very moved and impressed with the work. It sounds odd, but in a sense I’m glad that this happened to you and not someone who would be less able to turn it into a catalyst for change. Again, I appreciate your work.

uh…drooling….yes…drooling would be the word I’m looking for as to the upcoming next gen xbox… On another note…if you find yourself handling one of the boxes for the box… I know a certain single gentleman willing to sleep..err take care of it for the evening…uh.. don’t know his name… =D

I want to make it perfectly clear that I am not taking credit for designing any of the packaging or design elements for the Xbox 360; I am merely a hired hand that supports the efforts of the product managers, art directors, graphic designers and all of the other etceteras-that-be. In the grand design of things I am but a lowly freelance designer hired for production work.
That said, the designs I saw yesterday were brilliant! If you’re at all interested in the game console then I’m guessing that you’ve already Googled the Xbox 360, so I’ll just say that I’m very impressed with what I’ve seen.

Life comes in bounds and skips….. boredom one moment…super sized the next… the aftermath dealt with the next day…. some of us ponder…some of us rage… but the bottom line is there is no such thing as black or white in the grand scheme of things….
