Awkward Pauses
Mike handed off a job for MSN at around 10:45, interrupting the reading I was trying to catch up on. (Cool articles in the supplemental Photoshop CS issue which accompanied my usual Photos User this month.) The files that were handed to me just required some minor and straightforward copy editing, so it didn’t take very long to whip out.

He was sitting by himself with his headphones on, working on a photo that looked like a serious fashion ad spread for a magazine. I thought to myself that that looks about right.

Horton, Lantz and Low
Returning the enthusiastic phone message from my agent, I learned that my interview over at Horton, Lantz and Low had apparently been a resounding success. In fact, my agent said that they’d seemed confused when she’d called them for feedback, indicating that they were already expecting me to start on Wednesday.
