Shipping and Handling

My eBay auctions for my two main lenses ended yesterday morning and I’ve just shipped the first one off to its new owner. It’s a pretty strange feeling. I waited so long and worked so hard to get that equipment, and I know that I really didn’t have it that long. Still has that new car smell. I made out a lot better than I though I would on the sale. Looks like that advice about not being afraid to spend good money on the glass turned out to be sound. There’s no way I could’ve rented that equipment for what it actually cost me.

Status Quo

Things have been status quo at school this quarter. I’ve had a lot more time on my hand since quitting the school newspaper in week one, which means I’ve had a chance to regenerate a bit. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still working the grid. I continue to learn from the challenges I face and that translates into a more developed approach to these challenges.
