Idle Hands
School’s out. Today I experienced the unprecedented pleasure of sleeping in to 10 o’clock in morning. I can’t remember the last time I did that. I can’t remember the last time I didn’t have some obligation pushing down on me. I feel odd. I’m running the risk of sobering and souring. I may need to find a way to wear myself out.

Where’s Yuki?
It’s nearing 8 o’clock in the morning. I’m alone sitting in the computer lab, waiting for Yukiko, my “Peanut Butter Buddy” (don’t ask), to arrive so we can finish working on the report we’re supposed to turn in for our Business Marketing class this morning. Yuki was supposed to be here twenty minutes ago, so I’m beginning to wonder if there was some miscommunication that means she’s on another part of campus, wondering where the hell I am.
