Lighting Equipment Windfall

I’ve been feeling a bit of the change associated with having this latest work completed on “BrownEqualsTerrrorist.” I’ve been able to slow down a bit and just work on domestic issues. It’s been a nice change of pace.

I have to tell you about the most amazing thing that happened today. After I got home from work I talked briefly with one of my neighbors, who is currently in the process of packing up and moving to a nearby neighborhood. She asked me if I wanted hew old photo equipment, saying that she hasn’t been using it in years and probably won’t since she and the husband are focusing on the family unit (2 small ones).
Um, YEAH! Man, I’m just a broke college student that’s sometimes able to string a few freelance paychecks together. I need all of the help I can get, so this is a serious score! She gave me a bunch of stuff, including a few light stands, a backdrop, some cloth, and some assorted props. This stuff is older, mind you, but I don’t care about that
