It’s taken a lot of work behind the scenes, but I’m pleased to announce I’ve just launched a “Photoblog” section for this web site. Since my photography classes will be starting tomorrow night, I felt this is the perfect time for me to add this feature to ianspiers.com. Sure, there are still a few issues I need to address, but enough of the new section is functioning for me to feel happy about it.
As you probably know, I started the week by redesigning “Blathering,” which should be functioning as an archive portal for these daily entries. I put a lot of thought into its functionality, but I’ll admit here that I realize that this is really my first attempt at developing this kind of site structure. I was very careful to build it with some upcoming features in mind, and I’m excited about seeing the whole thing up and running. Stay tuned.
A good night’s sleep and tomorrow afternoon is all that remain before I start school. I tried to get a lot done over the last week. Oh, well. I can only do what can be done.
As for yesterday’s excursion, it turned into an all day event. I’m still feeling a bit of the system shock. It was, um, an educational experience, and fun was had by all. I’d tell you more about it, but I’m very tired.
