This Is Not A Fire Drill
I wasn’t able to workout today. A power outage hit half the gym just as I arrived. They originally thought it was a blown fuse, but they later had to evacuate due to a fire in a nearby sewer grating. And Another Glorious Morning
I woke up feeling a lot better than I did yesterday. Working out at Ballard Health has been sending my system into shock this week. After yesterday’s workout I was nearly blind with hunger. When I finally ate my big lunch I fell, hard, into a food coma. Waking today, I not only feel well rested, but my muscles are not nearly as stiff as they were.
